Drew did a fantastic job at both being persistent on places/neighborhoods he knew I was drawn to as well as what would work with my budget. He worked with me to get the most from the amount I make and showed me programs that work for me when I believed I was priced out of the market. He did a very good job at being able answer any questions nearly anytime of the day or any area that I was looking into whether that be on the location, closing, or even financing where he would get me with someone that knew. He also just knew what the market was doing better than I did and as a friend was willing to tell me when something was either over priced, or was in a bad neighborhood, or from the beginning that I needed to wait due to the program I was trying to use. He then later found me a much better program that worked much better and didn't leave me in the red immediately. He also was able to find things even when I hadn't been able to see them which in the end was how I was able to get the property I bought. His persistence and dedication even when I was out of town to know my taste and get me under contract when away, was what got me over the finish line and thank him for that. As well as getting me a place under market value due to his connections and knowledge of the area was remarkable since I would have struggled had it been over the market value but he was confident and it paid off. I will be suggesting him to people I know on the market and will be trying to have him help me when I buy next

Drew was an incredible part of my first home-buying experience. He was patient and answered all my endless questions that came along and got me into my first home with hardly any stress at all! Drew helped us with our income property in German Town and made the process easy and efficient. He’s not overbearing like a lot of realtors in Nashville who are probably better suited to selling used cars. The real estate market has changed in Middle Tennessee and so many of the areas real estate professionals are not keeping up. Looking forward to closing more deals with him in the future!
